Shady records vs young money who do you think is better?

That's actually a very laughable question, as the "worst" Shady Records artist (Bizarre & Cashis), is still better than almost every YM artist. Old Drake, Jae Millz, and Tyga (rarely) are the only credible people on that whole roster.
