Do you think Santana was right in criticizing Atlanta's anti-immigration law?

He said "shame on you" Atlanta and said that if Hispanics all decided to take a week off at the same time, the country wouldn't be able to function. He also said he is bringing attention to those without a voice. I think he's pretty much 100% right, but I have a feeling most people will think I'm just crying racism to bait people. What do you think?
