Where can I buy the Teardrop necklace from the Korean drama: 49 days?

The original Teardrop necklace is from Tiffanys. The necklace first gained popularity at least 7-8 years ago so I'm not sure if Tiffanys would even sell them anymore. Keep in mind that jewelry you buy off ebay are all fake. They simply coat it with silver or white gold. After time, it will either peel or slowly turn greenish brown.
