Guys help me out!! does he love me or?

there's this guy i met, we became really close friends, he sang songs to me in front of people when i was sad.. one of them was ill be by edwin mccain.. he said it was for me before i sang it.. then hes always asking for sex and a kiss and to date but i feel like hes joking around.. he always comes running to me when hes scared or in danger and he only wants me around at those times.. but he is always telling me about these girls at his work so how can i take him seriously? is he doing it to see if it bothers me? or if i get jealous..? im more of the chill girl who talks to more guys than girls.. hes the opposite, always around girls. we walk together everyday mainly just to spend time together and laugh.. He plays the guitar and he also sand smooth by santana to me and be like that by three doors down while we were laying on a trampoline hugging because i was freezing.. were always laughing when were together and we crack jokes and take turns making them funnier... i just didn't know what to think.. if he does like me why hasn't he said anything ??
