Help finding a faberry fanfiction?

i was reading a fanfiction a few days ago and i can't for the life of me remember the name or the author. it was a future fic, Quinn knew she was in love with Rachel. Rachel was dating some guy named David. I think Quinn moved in with Rach. And I think Santana was a med student, dating Britt but they were having problems caused Britt worked so much. if anyone knows what it is i would really appreciate it!!
